Had both the toilet flush mechanism and shower head replaced.
John (who did the service) was fantastic, super efficient, very competent. The services took 12 minutes in total and were provided within a day of contact Filipe at Costa. Both John and Filipe are totally on it and fantastic to interact with. I will always call them.
