Porch and Laundry room renovations
I have asked for the quote on Laundry room renovation and was very specific in my request that I would need to finance this project as it is costly. They have contacted me several times and we have conected to schedule an appointment. When originally spoke on the phone we have been told that someone will come out take a llok at the project and get back to us with detailed quote. Elliot came to our house and honestly I have to say he was amaizing when we talked and my son loved him. I was hopefull that this projects would go well. He looked at the project and right of the bet he said this will cost me aproximately 19k . Looked at the porch and said this 12k. I was surrpised that he could of say prices right of the bet but I guess that is years of experiance. When i have asked if they have any finacing availiabe like SNAP or something else he responded that they have something in the house and some other company I didn't catch the name. And he mentioned "Honestly I tell people if you have no funds don't do any projects". That was slap in my face. I felt so humilated. I have emailed them after words if they can provide me quote and haven't heard from them ever since. I guess bad for me since I don't have 31k cash around.
I wish you guys all the best but for sure I won't be proceeding with you. I am also sure that they did amaizing job elswhere but ....

Hi there Marija. I apologize it took more than 3 days to get back to you with an answer regarding the quote and financing details. Unfortunately It does usually take at least 5-7 days for us to hear back/find out if financing is a good fit and/or feasible option for our clients (and ourselves!) before proceeding with a project. Also the exact pricing would be communicated to you upon receiving an approval in the case of proceeding with a financing option! We were personally just awaiting a response back from the financing team that we deal with. Im sorry we were not able to respond promptly, and should have called you to be more clear.
