The representative who visited my home to give me a quote only recommended what I needed, didnt try to upsell and offered helpful suggestions on the project.
The workers arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. They didnt start and go somewhere else and the same workers came in each day. I only had to give a small down payment and I held the remainder for when it was finished and I was satisfied. I was given a lifetime guarantee which is transferrable if I sell.
All in all they did what they said they would do.
