I had a pretty poor experience, tbh.
Josh initially came to fix my eves in December. He responded quickly, did some work, the work was paid for, all good.
The next rain event showed that the work didn't actually fix the problem. I contacted them and provided a video to show the problem.
There was a date set for return to fix the work. No show. No call, no text, just ghosted.
I persisted and was able to get a response. "Sorry, we're busy at this time of year".
Fine, I can wait.
4 months later, still no response. I reached out and they say "we'll keep the ticket open...".
You're kidding, right?
I think I've shown a lot of patience and understanding of their business cycles, and yet I've really not been shown the same level of concern or respect.
Shameful, really.
