TRIMLIGHT

We recently had outdoor lighting installed at our Calgary residence. Trimlight turned out to be a first class supplier and installer. The Installers came as scheduled and on time. They were very accommodating and efficient. They completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up and spent time explaining the programing options.
We couldn't selected a better company.

Had a small probelm (my fault), which they addressed immediately.

Our Trimlight went rough on us due to faulty controller, Curtis had a tech out right away and worked with us to coordinate a time to have the root cause diagnosed/corrected.

We had our lights for a few years and have been very happy with them. We had a small problem of no power all of a sudden. We called Curtis at Trimlight, he answered right away and had someone out in a few days. A quick 5 minute part change and were back up and running. No cost to us, completely covered under warranty. Its nice to deal with a company that actually answers their phone, no automated system, no call center, just the owner answering the phone and taking care of business. Highly recommend these guys!

The crew came on the scheduled day and the install was quick and seamless, they gave a good overview of the app and pointed us to tutorials if need be. Would high recommend, we had all the major providers quote us on the work and they were by far the best to deal with with the most respected product.
