Paul came to our house to repair our mini split heat pump . We previously had other company in to fix our issues and just made our problems worse because of lack of knowledge working on heat pumps . Paul was extremely knowledgeable and diligent when it came to fixing our heat pumps . He was honest and explained the issues we were having and how he was going to fix them . He also gave explains how to properly maintain your system. He was on time, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a problem with my central air system.
Being a senior central is very important for my health.

for someone to come look at my system.

Heatcool has complete respect for our home, ensures we are aware of costs and options. (Very polite too) Paul replaced our furnace for us, serviced the air conditioner, they cleaned up any mess, and charged me $3000 less than other hvac services quoted us!
