ITB Landscaping

We had an exceptional experience with ITB Landscaping. They completed a huge job replacing all of the retaining walls and stairs at the front of our home. We received a number of quotes and designs from other companies, but felt the most confident with Robs vision for the project and his expertise. Given the scope of the job, there were a number of design decisions that couldnt be made until the work was underway - Rob made us aware of best case and worst case scenarios and had a clear plan for both. We appreciated his willingness to work with our ideas, and the guidance he provided on materials, design, etc. The quality of the work and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations on all fronts (the railing they designed and built for us feels like a work of art!). We were absolutely thrilled with the final result - a complete transformation of the front of our house.

All members of the crew were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions - a reliable and hardworking group of guys. The site was left as clean as possible at the end of each day and the crew was very respectful of neighbouring properties. The job was completed on time and within budget. From start to finish, the care and enthusiasm that Rob and his team brought to our project made for a smooth and stress-free renovation experience.
