Beni was invited by my realtor to do an inspection to the home I wanted to buy. After completing the inspection he asked for more money than what he had initially agreed with my realtor. Then later that day when I received the report and reviewed that I noticed that he had not completed several things including inspection of the crawl space and location of the main shut off valve. I contacted him to ask the reason and he said it was "difficult" to go to the crawl space. I requested that he comes back and completes the task. After many weeks of either not responding to my calls or not giving me any time for completing the inspection I got frustrated and told the story to my realtor. We again asked Beni to come and he did'nt. My realtor was kind enough to send another inspector to go to the crawl space and find the main water shut of valve. The guy came and did that within a few minutes with no problem and no complain (in fact he said the crawl space is a very normal one and was surprised why the original inspector didn't bother to go in). Later I also found several other issues with the house that Beni had not detected in his inspection report. Overall I am very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend this company at all.
