The increase to a monthly charge of $12.99 for basic monitoring after 3 years, as a customer, is not clearly stated on the website under pricing of plans (try to find it). Also, the need to pay the full amount yearly, in advance, which is then non-refundable (only transferable-you lose the $$ if you cannot transfer to a new location) is not clearly stated on the website. Pleased with the service=just be aware of these items.

It becomes like a store credit and even if you would like to gift or transfer these funds years from now...it is held on account in your name to disburse as you wish.
