Peter responded very quickly to my email enquiries. Though booked up for weeks, he managed to squeeze me in when I said my broken washing machine was making my life very difficult.
During his first visit, Peter assessed the problems and told me that the washing machine and the kitchen stove should be replaced after explaining why and how. He gave me a lot of useful advice on types of appliances that would meet my needs. He also agreed to order light bulbs for my fridge and mycrowave, and came back in about 10 days to install them.
Very efficient, polite, pleasant and amazingly clean and tidy!
