The customer service from the very beginning of the project to the end was exceptional. I needed to install a new floor in a bedroom and match the colour of this new floor with the colour of the floor in the rest of my condo. None of the other flooring companies were willing to take on my project and only Oakland Flooring agreed to help me and even offered a few possible solutions. One of the options that I finally chose was to match the colour by custom staining the unfinished wood. Oakland Flooring did a perfect job - it's really difficult to see the difference between a new and existing floor! Customer service was absolutely great on each stage of the project. We had a terrible tiling job done in our kitchen and Oakland came in and for a very good price, took out all the badly installed tile, ripped out the layers of cement that they had put in, and installed a beautiful hardwood floor. All in 3 days.

From our initial visit to the shop Naser and the Oakland Flooring team were fantastic. We had approximatley 3300 sq ft of new maple hardwood flooring laid, sanded and stained as well as re-finished 2 circular staircase. Honest, reliable, high-quality and extremely competitive pricing.
