I am quite dissatisfied with the service I've received from Reliance.
There are 3 groups of tenants in the household and they have had intermittent hot water over the course of the last week and a half.
Last week Reliance had sent two hot water technicians to the house and initially said it was an electrical issue causing the breaker for the tank to turn off.
We had a Reliance electrician visit the property which they concluded that there is no issue with the electrical and it is in fact a hot water tank issue.
Reliance had then sent out another service technician to the property which was supposed to call and explain the situation with a remedy. I followed up for 2 days with customer service and they were unable to locate the file and the technician notes.
After being on hold for 45 minutes with customer service I was finally connected with Jennifer who assured me that the issue would be resolved within the day and I would receive a follow up call to explain the situation.
I patiently waited for a phone call, but no one has called.
My tenants are still without hot water and we are no closer to resolving the issue.
I followed up yet again and was told an appointment was made for yesterday November 27th. I am presently on hold for 30 minutes with customer service and they are unable to locate the appointment.
I've asked to speak with a manager and have been put on hold for over an hour for them to say they will call me back.
Horrible experience thus far.
