My technical service guy was Joey D. #0977. Our water heater went in the middle of the night and flooded our basement. We called Reliance at 7:00AM and Joey was at the house in 10 minutes.....wow what a relief. He removed our old water heater and installed a new one quickly and professionally within an hour. Joey was extremely professional and definately knew his trade very well...a true pro.
