Install of a HRV system (Todd Downey)
We recently retained Reliance in Brantford to install an HRV unit in my personal residence. We had been struggling mightily with condensation build up on the base of our window sills. I had previous experience with Reliance (hot water tanks) so I figured I'd give them a chance with the HRV. Although I had concerns about the install (had to be reinstalled and rewired), I DID NOT have concerns about my contact at Reliance (Todd Downey). He was professional, courteous and very punctual. He was confident and knowledgeable about the product and promised if it didn't conform to my expectations, he would work to ensure we were satisfied.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- HRV installs seem to be a 'new' thing. I would encourage the installers to be 100% knowledgeable regarding the install of such a unit.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Go through Todd Downey if using Reliance. There are other companies out there, but I tend to support those who provide me with the best service (from a customer service standpoint).
