we called reliance home comfort for no heat., we had a rep show up and 8 hrs later we again had no heat., so we called reliance for another servcie call at 6:30pm feb 20 and with in an hour a rep from Canadian Air systems called to book service call for same night and by 8 pm furnace was up and running and we had heat., i would like to thank jon the service tech that came out for his fast response time and for correcting the issue., he is a 20out of 10
