Our rental water heater is 19 years old. Time for an inspection. Within one hour the tech was here. He did a thorough inspection, checked the anode, the burner, the water heating efficiency and gave lots of good advice regarding replacement options when the time came. Pleasant and cheerful fellow. Very happy with the service all around.
