Hot water tank controller was shot so we called Reliance to get it fixed and they had someone out the next day. Mr. Greer was SO helpful and educational, he helped me to do maintenance on the unit so service calls would be minimal and spread out more. Very good to talk to and understand. Job Well Done!!!
