A big thanks to technician Stephan Soobrattee from Flan Air (Reliance Home Comfort) for coming within one hour right after our call for service on Mar 10, 2013. He solved our hot water problem within few minutes by cleaning and repositioning the flame sensor. His timely and quality service saved us from not having hot water for more than one hour during a cold winter day.
Stephan Soobrattee was very professional, informative, and customer-friendly. He also gave us some very helpful tips and advises on self-maintaining our hot water heater.
I am extremely satisfied with his service. Highly recommended.
