Reliance Home Comfort

We had no heat and only cold air blowing from the furnace. Its a unique system where the hot water heater pumps hot water to a radiator in the furnace and we've found that not many service companies are competent with these systems. CAS (Canadian Air Systems) was assigned our call by Reliance. Jon Cefai performed the service and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They are experts with our Air Handler type of system. He was courteous, arrived on time as prearranged, very professional and efficient. He worked quietly, quickly and left everything clean and how it was. It was a pleasure to work with Jon and I would highly recommend CAS to anyone, especially those with the Air Handler System. I will recommend to our Condo board that everyone (we all have this unique system) request CAS when they place a service call with Reliance.
