Ted did an excellent job cleaning my furnace and air conditioner for the yearly visit. He answered all of our questions while he worked. He provided us with the proper air cleaning filter as the one that we had was hard on the fan motor.He cleaned the mouse out of the air conditioner outside and gave advice on how to lengthen its life.
In the long run he saved the company warranty issues by trouble shooting problems before they happened. thanks
