Water Heater Installation

I called on Mar. 13 for two water heaters installation and confirmed by Reliance the installation day was on Mar. 17. On the day after the installer came and checked, he said today he cannot do it because he had short of some parts for the work. He promised that next day he or someone will definitely come to do it. I therefore asked him how much I need to pay. He did not ask for any installation fee. The following day became miserable for me. First it came with two sub contractors and then later, followed with a local branch manager of Reliance told these two sub contractors to leave, saying they should not come today. I told this manager that because the building had no hot water for a week already in the middle of cold winter and also the work should have been done yesterday, he just kept telling those installers to leave. At last I begged him and he finally said unless you pay $375, they can stay and do the job. I felt helpless and being threaten by this guy. Eventually two tanks were installed on the same day.
On Mar 18, I reported my situation to Reliance Escalation Team and had the case no RCW5473998. It kept me several days without any response. I make a phone call for the follow-up on Mar. 21 and the lady said she will reply me after contacting local branch. Until right now, I haven't got any response from Reliance but a bill asking me to pay for the installation.
It seems complaints by customers to their company do not do any good at all. I am upset and frustrated by the decision I made to choose Reliance Home Comfort at the first place.
If you are considering Reliance for your home appliance or service, you need to think twice before making that decision.

Once again, I'm sorry for what has obviously been a very frustrating situation. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
