I had Jordan S come out to assess the situation, he was pleasant and more than accommodating. He called the office to set up for him to follow up with it, and he did follow up. He did a great job.
However the confusion through the telephone was somewhat disappointing, they said it wasn't booked for that day, then it was but not the time I was told, then told me it would be best to reschedule.
