Our air conditioner had stopped working on Sunday afternoon. When we called Reliance on Monday they had a service man here within 2 hours. He was able to determine where the leak was, order the part for us and informed us that the part would be delivered to our house on Monday or Tuesday. After receiving the part we were to phone Reliance and arrange the completion of the repair.
Tuesday morning we called and in the afternoon Jason came over and completed the repair. He was professional and told us what he was doing, how long it would take. We now have a working air conditioner and are very pleased with the service from Reliance and from Jason. The best part of this transaction is that the cost was covered under the Protection Plan that we have with Reliance.
