After a very cold, wet spring when I tried to fire up my air conditioner I found that it was not working. I call Reliance and was given an appointment the same day by Michael. Steve arrived at the appointed time and assessed by situation. He was very polite and started his assessment of the problem. He answered my many questions with expertise and within what seemed like a short time was able to identify and address the breakdown and have it up and running, leaving me to enjoy the cool air. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very extensive knowledge. He was very professional. I would be happy to have him help with any of my furnace/air conditioning needs in the future.
