Rick, the gas technician, was very efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. He explained the tune-up procedure every step of the way. When I asked him about my water heater he explained into detail what can be done. He immediately made arrangements for the replacement and installation of a new water heater.
I can only recommend him and Reliance Home Comfort to anyone.
