Our technician , ED (8255) was courteous and answered all questions, giving more detail when asked. His visit was prompted by a high carbon monoxide reading on our detector.
Firemen determined that it was a false reading,but when they ran the hot water to start the ignition sequence ,the ignition failed because the heater did not light properly.
When we placed the call to Reliance for service , several times we needed ask the person to repeat themselves because their voice was difficult to hear clearly.
