Reliance has bad customer service and do not follow through with appointment times. We told them to come after 2 and they came at 1, then they just show up Unannounced at 7:10 PM and does a 5 or 10 minute check and the inspection was completed and I was asked to sign off. ...a bit hesitate I signed ..The person noted there is nothing to inspect as the unit is 3 years old
