The motor on our water heater was making a strange noise. We called Reliance and a technician was sent out within a day.

The technician (Joe Green) called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing, as he ran his diagnostics. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated this, as I felt involved and was able to learn something new.

My mother(a senior) was nervous about having a service man in her home.Reliance sent a service man named Paul out and he was polite ,thorough,knowledgeable and respectful. I would recommend this service man to anyone. Thanks again Paul.

My furnace was not working. I called Reliance Service and Steve T 0039 arrived at the specified time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also completely checked the furnace to ensure maximum efficiency and to alleviate any possible other problems. Great service. Great technician.

Mike D. From Georgetown here...I have a hot water tank rental from Reliance and it started to show signs of leaking and the venting system needed to be brought to code by using PCV tubing. Joey D. (0977) was my technician and he was very friendly and introduced himself and was very professional. He was thorough in his work and detailed in his explanations of the problem and of the solution. He was very neat on his work and ensured the work area was clean and left organized. By far one of the best service calls and technicians I have had come to the house.
