Horrible in every way. Couldn't get through to anyone for almost 2 hours, and when I did, they put me on hold to speak to "management" and never came back on the line. They charged me a cancelation fee after I fulfilled the contract terms. Just awful! Stay away

Service was top notch.. professional,knowledgeable and on time.
The furnace install was done quickly and professionally. We are enjoying the quietness, quality as well as the humidifier on the furnace. No more dry throat in the morning. Looking forward to summer to enjoy having A/C on those hot days. A big thank you to James Stawn, he went above and beyond what was expected to get our home warm again. I would recommend this business and especially James. Bravo

Do not use this company!!!!!!! Their salespeople tell you inaccurate information about their water softeners, such as the fact that they don't make a lot of noise, you don't need that much salt (untrue, you have to buy several of the big bags and that the water will be soft-it actually feels slimy). They pressure you into renting one with the promise that you "can try it out". At no time do they mention the $350 cost to remove it. Stay away and do your research so that you don't end up being sorry!!

They sell their water purifier system to my Alzheimers husband, complete unnecessary and they put a lien on my house

They have replaced the furnace which was not even broken. The furnace was working absolutely fine.

Very happy with my service with reliance. Our boiler died and they had a new one in in less than a week from my first call before the cold set in. Matthew bent was a fantastic sales guy. Very knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with.

We got home late one night to realize we didn't have hot water. My husband tried to relight the pilot but it didn't work. Booked with reliance for a service tech the next day. Andy arrived on time. He was very pleasant. He completed the job but did advise us that we should call reliance and have our tank replaced soon as it was getting rusty and 14 years old. Shortly after he left, my husband went downstairs and noticed the smell of gas. We called his phone back (we had his number on the called I. D from when he called us to say he would be arriving soon. He told my husband to shut off the gas and he would return shortly. Andy returned very quickly and with a brand new tank. He had already been on his way home for the night! Being that we had 2 small and sick kids, he did not want to leave us without hot water. He was incredibly informative and kind and helped us SO much. We were beyond pleased with our experience. If I could leave 100 stars I would.

The service representatives were Cadeem and Nasser both of whom were efficient and knowledgeable. The only charge was due to an electrical upgrade to meet the code standard. I was very pleased with both the speed at which the installation was provided and the way the service technicians cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance Home Comfort or their technicians.

Very satisfied with the services to start up our furnace for this season. Technician was experienced, knowledgeable and courteous.
