Pest & Animal Control review in

I've used GTA Pest Control 3 times in the past year for mice and ants. I also used them because of the great reviews they received on homestars. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In dealing with mice, Kevin had to return twice to add more bait (at no extra charge as they offer a 3 month warranty). He was happy to do so and pleasantly handled my numerous calls until the issue was dealt with. I needed a lot of reassurance regarding the safety of the bait/spray and they were very patient in explaining how things worked. Kevin's associates are also just as professional and pleasant to deal with. As a result, I have used them again and referred them to my family. I highly recommend them.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- At first, paying hundreds of dollars for ant/rodent control seemed ridiculous. However, after researching do-it-yourself methods, I simply didn't have the confidence and knowledge to do it myself, safely. And then I realized the investment I've made in my house compared to a few hundred dollars for pest control. And let's not forget peace of mind. GTA was able to provide me with professional, reasuring advice and handled the spraying/bait in a child/pet friendly way (which is something to consider).
