Lucio was pleasant and provided a quote with samples. I liked that they made their own railings and their warranty. I had to get the steps refinished prior to the installation of my railings and Lucio told me exactly what had to be done and worked within the timeline. His crew came to take measurements and after the installation they cleaned up. Their pricing was competitive and I would hire them again. Thanks Lucio!

Joe came out to give me a quote for what I had been previously told (by another contractor) would be a very costly repair ($40k) and an urgent one. Joe assured me that although he could easily quote me for the same service, I did not need it - that it would be a last resort. He made recommendations on how to prevent further cracking and what to look for to spot signs of problems. Very professional and honest. I'm impressed!

I've used GTA Pest Control 3 times in the past year for mice and ants. I also used them because of the great reviews they received on homestars. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In dealing with mice, Kevin had to return twice to add more bait (at no extra charge as they offer a 3 month warranty). He was happy to do so and pleasantly handled my numerous calls until the issue was dealt with. I needed a lot of reassurance regarding the safety of the bait/spray and they were very patient in explaining how things worked. Kevin's associates are also just as professional and pleasant to deal with. As a result, I have used them again and referred them to my family. I highly recommend them.
