I called around many places to re-glue the fallen undermount sink and got outrageous quotes with no warranty on the workmanship!
Kept googling and came across Toronto Granite. Gave them a call on Wed asking for a quote to re-glue an undermount sink to a quartz counter top. They quoted $250 + tax and gave me a 2 year warranty on workmanship which was music to my ears. When I asked for their availability to do the repair Bob replied Richard can be there tomorrow morning between 10am and noon so I booked them.
The tenant was happy and Richard WhatsApp'd me two photos of the completed work. I had such a great experience from beginning to end that I'm going to call the condo building manager and tell him to recommend this company for this type of repair as there are quite a few units experiencing this same issue.
