We initially started with interlocking and asphalt paving, but we are now venturing into other services such as landscaping, pressure washing and sealing, concreting, decks and fences, demolition services and many more. We already have a wide range of service offerings, but we are not satisfied with just these. We are excited about every project that we perform and our possibilities for improvement and additional services are endless. We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Following the re-landscaping of our backyard in 2023, Dutch Style returned to re-do the front of the house. This included a portico (roof extension over the front door), garden, lights, driveway, front and side entry steps, garden plantings, and irrigation. The change to the house is remarkable; day or night. Again it was a pleasure to work with Susan, Adam, A.J. and Jack. Susan and Adam conferred with us continually throughout the project, ensuring that we were on the same page at all times and assured of a great completed project.

We recently hired New Way Interlocking to tackle the landscaping around our new pool, front, sides of house as well as jewel-stone on our front porch. Our property presented quite a challenge due to the complex elevation and grading requirements . From the very beginning, Mike and his entire crews meticulous approach and extensive experience were evident. The team was professional and paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the project not only looked stunning but was also structurally sound. Drainage and erosion control was carefully planned and executed properly which is crucial in a setting like this. The final result is a beautiful, solid, functional outdoor space that blends with the pool area and enhances our property's overall aesthetic. We were impressed with their commitment to quality. They showed up everyday on time when they said they would and worked exceptionally hard throughout the day. Special thanks to Tyler on the team - such a polite, hard working young man. The materials used were top-notch, and their attention to the smallest details, from design to stone placement, was outstanding. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the transformation of our pool area.
