We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Had an emergency situation in early January where a streak of good weather allowed me to fill up my relocated hot tub. However, upon fill up I noticed that the circulator motor was not kicking in and wouldn't prime. I contacted several technicians, and Master Spas of Mississauga, and got a reply same day and coordinated a fix the same day. Upon visit, the diagnosis yielded a quick fix, which was the circulator pump was plugged in to the wrong socket on the main board (electricians error). Anyway all is well now. We hired Stone Landscaping to install a fence on our quite large property. We were blown away by Jovians propmptness, creativity, attention to detail, and workmanship. A difficult work site of varied elevations and obstructions, he carefully considered what we needed and made excellent recommendations that suited our needs perfectly. His attention to detail is second to none - his workmanship is perfect. We appreciated that he was on budget and cleaned up the job site daily. Highly recommend Jovian and Stone Landscaping.

Best company you will ever hire! Phenomenal communication, workers showed up on time, they worked hard, they were respectful, clean and the quality of work, impeccable, they cared about the workmanship and it showed. The projects they did were large, hardscape all around my house, front, back (around my pool) and the sides of my house. I recommend them to everyone, I don't even price shop any more, I just call Trevor if I need anything and that is who I go with, his team is the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will not share the price, it wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive, it was just right. Roman came over to discuss delivering and spreading garden soil and mulch on our front and back gardens, and was able to get the materials and do the work on spreading the soil the same day, which was fantastic. And it looks great. I was not ready for him to lay the mulch as I have more things to plant, but he will come back to do the mulch when I am ready.
