We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Had an emergency situation in early January where a streak of good weather allowed me to fill up my relocated hot tub. However, upon fill up I noticed that the circulator motor was not kicking in and wouldn't prime. I contacted several technicians, and Master Spas of Mississauga, and got a reply same day and coordinated a fix the same day. Upon visit, the diagnosis yielded a quick fix, which was the circulator pump was plugged in to the wrong socket on the main board (electricians error). Anyway all is well now. AquaSpa and Pools did a great job on my front steps. I did all concrete and the job was immaculate. Anthony project managed the job. He provided options, advised me of what works best, aesthetics etc. The job was secured and scheduled all in a week. Tony and his concrete crew did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable. They left the job site clean and removed the old steps. I'll add pictures once the concrete cures.
