Posted a request on Homestars and Chris from Avenue road masonry reached out within a few hours. After gathering more details he sent me a very reasonable quote and outlined what would be involved. As it was a shared chimney I had to delay to discuss with my neighbors. I reached back out to Chris after about 6 weeks and he honored the quote and arranged the work to be completed within a week. The work crew came and completed the repairs in about 3 hours, cleared my backyard and confirmed everything had been finished. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. I had to replace old water heater with combi boiler and also install a new glycol feeder for my heated driveway. There were many issues during the installation but Ali came with solutions every time and now I have it installed. I hope there will be no more issues. I see there can be issues for any work, but what matters is that whether you can solve the issue or not. Ali can solve it.

Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them.
