They were very professional all the way from booking to the repair. Max took the booking smoothly, was patient with me even with my lack of info about my fridge. Once scheduled, the tech called 30 minutes before arrival and did a quick check. Within 5 minutes, he gave me the issue, cost to fix and gave me the option to proceed or not. We were very happy with the service received from T.H. Oliver with our 16 year old water heater. Darren and Terry replaced the water heater in a morning. I had to replace old water heater with combi boiler and also install a new glycol feeder for my heated driveway. There were many issues during the installation but Ali came with solutions every time and now I have it installed. I hope there will be no more issues. I see there can be issues for any work, but what matters is that whether you can solve the issue or not. Ali can solve it.

Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. After comparing multiple Chinese companies, we decided to go Home Savings Inc because of their honesty and professionalism. We have had 3-4 consultations with some of the very popular contractors in Markham. Most of them are selling hard, promoting the fact that you don't have to pay anything out of pocket and that all fees will be covered by rebates. However, it's extremely crucial that you find a company with qualified & skilled technicians to properly install the heat pump. That could be a key determination to how long your new heat pump will last. Research should also be done about different heat pump models that are being offered. We went with the top of the class brand, Trane, despite having to pay some additional money out of pocket. But we think it's worth it, due to its quality, warranty and after sales services. Leaving us feeling safe and secured about the new heat pump. Our sales representative was Thomas and Jacky was the technician that did our install. Home Savings do charge a bit more, but their goal is to focus on quality and not quantity. So essentially, you do kind of get what you pay for. If you are not knowledgeable in this field (which most of us are) and also don't want to stress about the after sales problems, make sure you find a trustworthy company to do the job right! Following the re-landscaping of our backyard in 2023, Dutch Style returned to re-do the front of the house. This included a portico (roof extension over the front door), garden, lights, driveway, front and side entry steps, garden plantings, and irrigation. The change to the house is remarkable; day or night. Again it was a pleasure to work with Susan, Adam, A.J. and Jack. Susan and Adam conferred with us continually throughout the project, ensuring that we were on the same page at all times and assured of a great completed project.
