    This was a big complex job. We redid the foundation of both garage and cold room - the cold room is under the porch and connected to our house - they poured new footings and foundation walls for our porch. They also built the porch structure including fabrication of galvanized steel stairs. Finally both porch and garage were refinished. All in all we're satisfied with the final product, it looks great and the porch and cold room are exactly as specified. Rick was always responsive and honest.
