We'd like to start off this review with a HUGE, thank you to Dmitry and his amazing team of professionals! My husband and I had been contemplating finishing our basement for a few years now. However, like most people today, looking to pursue such a project we had a lot to consider.... The quality of work (of course), time to complete the project, and most of all the cost. With much thought we contacted five different companies both big and small to come into our home to see our space and provide us with what we hoped would be a honest and fair estimate base on our "VISION" and our "BUDGET" With allot to consider, we ultimately decided to go with Dmitry, and we are extremely happy we did!! Dmitry checked all the boxes..... - completion of the project was executed in a timely manner (ten weeks) - Dmitry provided options to purchase from his catalogue or choose our own finishes where Dmitry was very accommodating. - Communication was great. We always knew when any member of Dmitry's team would show up so that we were prepared. - And of course our budget. Dmitry's quote for this project was the most favourable in comparison to the other quotes we'd received. Even with adding in new finishes and details throughout the process. However, what truly sealed the deal for us was knowing that we would be dealing directly with Dmitry as our project manager. This was extremely important as we consider ourselves to be highly detailed and quality driven people. We had a very specific vision in mind which Dmitry was excited to take on and eager to tackle working closely with us to meet any and all expectations. The quality of craftsmanship and level of detail surly exceeded our expectations. A huge shout out to Vitaly (The Finisher), tile, flooring, painters, plumbers, electricians, drywall, and cleaning crews. We truly appreciate everyone's dedication and hard work.
