Showroom has lots of options without being overwhelming. I don't like to be harassed by sales staff so enjoyed being able to browse (3 hours) and make choices without any pressure. When I had questions staff were available and very knowledgeable of their product. Although much of the product was geared towards a different style (traditional, Italian) than i want, I was still able to find some great items suited to a more modern, sleek look. Bathroom still in progress, but confident in choices made here.

My contractor set up an appointment for me to meet with a sales rep at PMF to choose my fixtures for a new bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful, made sure I had everything I needed to make informed decisions. Didn't pressure me into buying more than I needed or higher priced items. Helped me choose quality items. Bathroom still in progress, but the pieces are great & all set to go.

Purchased a dehumidifier from Whirlpool. Wasn't sure what to choose, but this one came with a warranty and was priced right for the size. Had an issue with the float that stops it from running once it's full but they sent out a repairman with a couple days. Had a few hassles with the customer service agent who took my call, but in the end she made sure I got what I needed and made sure I was happy.

With no idea where to start or what to do I was happy to have them come in and prepare a design & do the work. Guided me through the whole process and did a great job. Basement looks great!!
