PMF has worked with us since 1994, first to make small updates to our kitchen and bathrooms, most recently to totally renovate a kitchen and three baths for my mom, and a kitchen and three baths for us. As one may imagine there were many visits to PMF, many decisions to be made.
We could not have done any of it without PMF’s.knowledgable staff. They are experts in the products they sell. All of their staff are friendly, respectful and professional. They are our go to destination for all our plumbing needs. I would, and have highly recommended PMF.

PMF has provided plumbing to my design firm for the past 11 years. They are helpful, efficient and professional. My only request is that they sell more brands like Waterstone, Toto and WetStyle. I know I can always count on them for help with suggestions and details for shower designs. A great store and everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful.

We send them the pictures of unmarked parts and PMF goes out of their way to identify the parts, order them and ship them out to us asap. Deliveries were never on time. Awful responsiveness. Errors made in orders - wrong pieces, mismatched items, items not delivered. No accountability. Rude customer service. Poor in-store personnel. Terrible management. Nice products, awful service! Go elsewhere if you don't want the headache and unforseen costs!

My contractor set up an appointment for me to meet with a sales rep at PMF to choose my fixtures for a new bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful, made sure I had everything I needed to make informed decisions. Didn't pressure me into buying more than I needed or higher priced items. Helped me choose quality items. Bathroom still in progress, but the pieces are great & all set to go.
