He went above and beyond; there was still some snow on the roof but he laid out on top of it despite the cold and wet to get the gutter guards in place. I had a leaky faucet for my bathtub and a friend recommended I call Valentin. He replied to my email right away asking for pictures, and as soon as I sent those in he gave me a quote. The next day he came and fixed it. Valentin is very helpful and reasonable, didn't mind me watching everything and showing me how things work.
