I am delighted with the service provided through Modern Appliance. My washing machine needed repair and Peter was excellent! Peter was very knowledgeable explained what work was needed, and he had an assortment of parts with him so the repairs could be completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend and will use them again!

I am a repeat customer with Maid4Condos. I booked Maid4Condos for a Move Out Cleaning of a condo. It was very easy to book online, and the reminder text messages were very helpful, and the price was reasonable for a deep cleaning. Maria did a great job cleaning the unit. I was delighted and would definitely use them again.
