We are super happy about the quality of the windows, price points and the integrity of everyone involved - Chuck, Steve and great workmanship of Alex and his team of installers. The office staff kept us well informed with regards to installation dates and what to expect. We highly recommend Nordik Windows and Doors if you are in the market, you won't be disappointed.

We are very happy with our door and windows. Just recently, needed some minor maintenance work on our door. Magic Window technicians arrived and did a great job. Very happy. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our project. We went with Eco Efficiency and found Jim to be a true craftsman and very talented. His staff are very knowledgeable and helpful during the planning stage. We highly recommend them for this kind of reno. It is a complicated and multi-faceted project that requires skill and an artistic perspective. Thank you Jim, well done.

We purchased a 'Magic Windows' patio door. It turned out that our decision to go with a 3 panel, was incorrect, due to the space we had avaialble for the door. We called and mentioned this - the owner of the company, Sol, came to our home personally to check out our situation. He made it right for us - just today, 2 very polite, capable and efficient installers from the company, installed a brand new 2 panel door, which fits much better. And this was at no extra cost to us! They took out the entire 3 panel door, and fully replaced it with a new 2 panel door. Never, have I seen such care and attention to a customer's needs. We are totally satisfied and very happy with everything. Thank you Sol and Magic Windows for making our investment the perfect one. I would highly recommend Magic Windows to anyone who is serious about investing in a great product, backed up by outstanding customer service and satisfaction!

We had a kitchen window and patio door installed and they are both exceptional items. They allow lots of light and are very versatile. Operationally very durable. The sales rep and installers were all very knowledgeable and courteous. Very pleased!
