Driver arrived at scheduled time. There was a lot of stuff to unload, but the driver and two workers did a great job, and they were done in probably two hours. All items and boxes were accounted for. Nothing was broken. They did a great job.

We tried another service first, and they said the part for our dryer would cost $200. So we called Elite. The technician determined the part would cost around $40 (super nice guy, by the way). When the part arrived, another technician came to fix our dryer and he was done in about 15 minutes. Dryer works perfectly, and the technician also gave me some tips on how to maintain the dryer so the issue won't occur again. Excellent customer service. Work order number 363046.

The two workers arrived at about 6pm and completed the work in about 90 minutes. They worked efficiently and did a really good job.
