I buy a gas range and am told delivery is from 1 to 5. I'm also told I have 48 hours to let them know of problems or they wont take it back. So I arrange a gas licenced worker to come to my house to install it...but, my range is 3 hours past my delivery window. When I call customer service I'm told in not so many words to get lost. I said they didnt make it in the window I was promised so I shouldnt pay the full delivery charge. I also said what would happen if I made the delivery driver wait 3 hours. This company needs to remove my delivery charge. They can't have it both ways. I need to wait for them all day but they would just leave and charge me twice. If you have too many deliveries hire more drivers. Worst experience ever. I wont be shopping here again and will let everyone I know to do the same.

I called Ara to replace a worn out cartridge in my shower and replace my bathroom sink drain. Despite the fact that these were very small jobs, Ara took my call and booked a time to come see the jobs right away. He was very professional, personable and ensured that the jobs were done quickly and correctly. All work was checked for leaks prior to him leaving and I was also told that should there by chance be a problem he would come back and fix it immediately. Ara was also willing to teach me a little bit about what he was doing and answered any questions I had about the job in case I ever wanted to attempt to tackle a similar project in the future. I have used CSI's services in the past and am a return customer. I have no problem recommending their services and would also encourage others to use their services should they be required.

Ara is a true professional. He promptly came to my home after I called him to see what I wanted to have done. I had a few small plumbing jobs (installing a garden hose bib and shut off, installing a compression valve for my fridge and re-routing some plumbing in the basement). His rates are very competitive and I found that he was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my questions. His work was well done and I was pleased with the final product and his professionalism. Ara is highly recommended and I will be passing his card around to those in need of the services CSI provides.

I called Capps to clean the ducts in my home after it was recently renovated. Their team took my call, provided a quote over the phone and came within a few days. The quality of their work and attention to detail was exceptional and I also appreciate their understanding of the process and having them take the time to educate me on why they were preforming their services in a particular way, the benefit of doing so, and things I should look out for moving forward. This is a first class company and I will be both recommending their services to friends and using them again in the future when needed. Thank you for your hard work!

Joe and Kyle from A and A came to my place to fix a damaged brick sill, replace 50 bricks on my garage wall and tuckpoint various areas around the home. These gentlemen were professional and did an amazing job. The brick match was impeccable and you can't even tell that bricks were replaced. Thank you both for your hard work. Should I require masonry work in the future your company will be the first one I call.

This is a great company! George came by to look at my window. While here, he took specific measurements and worked with me to see what I wanted while trying to find something that fit within my budget. The installation was smooth and the cover no only stops all water and snow but it allows light to come into my basement keeping it bright and welcoming. I know these products cost more then your run-of-the-mill covers you'll find at the big box stores but the unbreakable plastic and custom sizes are things you can't purchase at home depot. Thanks for your hard work George and should I require a cover for my backyard window I will be calling your company for sure.
