My system works and any service required is prompt and courteous. I am very satisfied and have no complaints. Reliance Protectron is a good company and I would recommend them to anyone.

We do not reccomend this company. Thoma and her partner Dave presented us with a plan to paint our new house and renovate our kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Thoma assumed the role of project coordinator/manager and Dave performed the painting, tiling, carpentry and drywalling. The project progressed from bad to worse. It was a nightmare! we had to hire another contractor to "re-do" much of the work.

We recommend TileWise and Nick Gochev without reservation. Nick is a tile artisan and a renovation expert. He quotes you a price and a completion schedule that you can rely upon. Nick tiled our ensuite bathroom and the back splash in our kitchen along with all the necessary plumbing and drywalling. TileWise also supplied and supervised the installation of a quality shower door and vanity mirror. Nick helped us select the tiles best suited to each application and played an important role in our choice of accent design. You cannot go wrong with TileWise and Nick Gochev.

This is our second inspection contract with Sean Moss. We called Sean back to re-inspect the repairs effected to our attic ventilation system as a result of his original report (see our previuos reveiw). We had an uncomfortable feeling that not all the repairs were completed as promised. Sean identified the short fall deficiencies and initiated direct communication with the contractor on our behalf. The problems are now resolved thanks to Sean's "above and beyond" dedication and commitment.

Sean Moss is a knowlegeable, organized and efficient professional home inspector. He inspected all home operating systems, and structures objectively and gave me an informative running comentary on his findings. His excellent written report was easily understood and contained many pictures. Sean identified several areas that required improvements and upgrading and many of these, because of Sean's outstanding report, were paid for by the Strata Corporation. The trades hired by the Strata Corpoation to remedy the problems Sean identified verified his reporting 100%. I sought Sean's opinions in regard to our prospective new home after he had issued the report and he freely and promptly gave his advice. I recommend Sean Moss without reservation.
