I had a plumber come on a Sunday, after confirming whether or not their prices were higher on the weekend. And, the answer was no. A plumber was sent to assess the kitchen handle not staying up and the leaking bathroom faucet. It was challenging to understand the plumber as English was not his first language. I was frustrating for me and must have been frustrating for him. The kitchen faucet, one piece, needed to be replaced and I was purchasing it. There is no brand name on the bathroom faucet. The plumber told me if he was not able to source the cartridges from a supplier I would need to have the faucet replaced. He took photos and was to get back to me. The prices he quoted me I felt were high and I said so. I did not like it when he bad mouthed other plumbers. As I had not heard anything from him I called the office and was told hew as still checking into it. I had a different plumber in today from HomeStars, first class, as I had not heard anything by last Friday. I had the work done for half the price. I would not recommend New Canadian Plumbing and Drain to anyone.

Today I had Stefano replace the kitchen faucet and assess the bathroom faucet. After taking time to take apart the bathroom tap, he determined there was no problem but suggested I purchase two cartridges, if the brand can be determined, for down the road. Stefano is a pleasant, reliable and professional plumber. His rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. I will definitely be keeping is contact information.
