Tom Rando at Clearview Home & Property Inspections was extremely thorough with his inspection of our new home. He patiently walked me through everything he found throughout the home and explained the associated cost, recommended actions and associated impact. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything that needed to be done. Additionally, we opted for the mold detection (with expedited lab results) and infrared screening of the walls just to put our mind at ease. Both my wife and I felt it was well worth the cost. At the end, we were given a highly-detailed (with pictures) "honey do" list for the few things that were found throughout the home. I would absolutely recommend him again to anyone buying a home, especially if it's a little older.

We recently moved into a new home that had a gas fireplace but no mantel whatsoever. After reading the excellent reviews for AM Group Studio, my wife and I checked out their showroom and were floored by the quality of work on display. After meeting Sam and Neda and showing them our idea we were confident that we would get something beautiful. Neda quickly gave us a few CAD drawings and we were set. The installation was quick (only 2 days) and Sam was very accommodating with our tight timeline. We were able to show off their fabulous work to friends and family on time thanks to his diligent and expert installers - thank you guys so much again for staying late and finishing it up for us!!! We couldn't be happier with the service - thanks guys!
