Louis is fantastic! Friendly, professional and caring. Weve used his services twice, once for rats under our deck and in our crawl space, and most recently because a squirrel was destroying our third story window frame to make a nest. Louis goes above and beyond, finding ways to improve things beyond just getting the animals out- like cleaning their mess out of my crawl space and repairing bricks that a previous contractor left a mess. He provides a guarantee for the quality of his work and asks you to contact him with any concerns. I highly recommend him!

Our furnace stopped working. Appointment was easy to make, technician (Chris Wilson) was available early and called to see if we were free which was great. He was tidy, friendly, and very informative. He patiently answered all our questions even unrelated to the problem. He gave us multiple pricing options and everything in writing for our future reference. Great service.

We try dealing with a mouse infestation for months. It was terrible, they were absolutely everywhere. We tried traps to catch them, sticky traps, poison with no luck at all. After Waheed from Pesticon came I didn't see a single mouse ever again! Not one, at all. No traces of poison around my apartment, no need for follow ups. Really really happy with the service.
